Ordering 

Orders submitted before 2 PM EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day and tracking information will be sent to the customer.

Orders submitted after 2 PM EST on Friday will be shipped Monday.

Wrong Address

When placing your order be sure to check the address thoroughly prior to submitting. Our system creates shipping labels to the exact address entered by the customer. If the incorrect address is entered by the customer and the package is sent to that incorrect address it is not the responsibility of KGTropicals/KeepFishKeeping.com to get the package delivered to the customer. Refunds will not be issued if the customer has entered the incorrect address.

If the package is returned to sender KeepFishKeeping.com will contact customer for the correct address and resend the package once the new address is obtained. The alternative would be once the package is returned and received by KeepFishKeeping.com a refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping.
