Anubias Hostifolia is a gorgeous variety of Anubias that has what I like to describe as arrow head shaped leaves. This is one of the larger Anubias varieties that will do well in low light situations, does not require Co2 which makes it perfect for beginner plant keepers.

Anubias Hostifolia is a rhizome plant which will require the aquarist to anchor it to a piece of driftwood or rock with thread or aquascaping glue. Another option is to use multiple rocks to anchor it. The important thing is to NOT plant the rhizome in the substrate, this will eventually kill the plant.
