Not only do spiky nerite snails have a unique appearance, they're great at consuming algae, plant safe, peaceful and active. They clean algae off of glass, plants, and decorations. They are known to eat hair algae and keep substrate clean. They're safe with fish, shrimp and plants. You won't have to worry about them reproducing in freshwater like mystery snails and ramshorn. 

Diet: Algae, algae wafers, Invertebrate pellets, decaying plant matter and zucchini
