This is a variety of 3 different Nerite snails of my choosing. These snails come in a variety of colors and patterns. The type in every pack will vary and there's no guarantee you'll get the exact snail from the pictures. The Nerite snails that are available for this package are the Batik, Batman, Pumpkin, Red Racer, Spiky, Zebra, Tiger, Pink Lady,Racetrack Pattern, Tricolor Horned and Military Helmet.
These snails will vary in size. Smaller Nerites like the Pumpkin, Tricolor Horned and Pink Lady are very small (approximate size of a pea or pencil eraser. 0.5-1 inch
They're all freshwater snails and great at cleaning algae. These are peaceful snails and do well in a community tank with peaceful fish. Safe with plants and won't reproduce in your aquarium.
Diet- algae, biofilm, and decaying plant matter. For a less mature tank, algae wafers or a plant based food is recommended.

We have a new batch of baby ramshorn almost everyday it seems and the new nerite are looking good too. I couldn't get a good shot of the large striped one because it was on the back of the castle. The moss I split and tied it to two rocks and it has started reaching for the light so I haven't given up on it yet. We'll keep trying.
The nerite snails arrived in good, healthy condition and are doing fine.

The piano snails came in and looked good for the most part. Several were DOA but the ones that made it are doing well and already began having babies.
Piano snails are my favorite! I love that they pop out fully formed mini snail babies. It is so fun to watch them grow!
