Ramshorn snails are s super fun addition to any aquarium. They'll provide much needed algae control, eat left over food and add some color and interest. They're no threat to your live plants and will go well with any fish. The only fish that will ever be a problem for Ramshorn snails are the fish that will eat them.
These little slimy blobs will reproduce easily in your aquarium so don't buy more than you need.
Snails are bred in house, hand picked by Lisa and measure from 1/8" to 1/2" in size and will be shipped via UPS Ground.

All came alive and have stayed alive. Since this was my first time buying snails, some basic instructions on adding them to the tank would have been appreciated, even though I was sure it was the same as adding fish. Definitely a great buying experience overall.
I’ve ordered from here a few times before and it’s always been great- fast shipping, beautiful plants and snails in good condition, even extra snails, great color variety… except this time. I ordered two of the 12 pack variety ramshorn snails (supposed to include blue, pink, grey and gold). Now they did include 2 extra snails in each bag, so I got 4 extra snails. but I’m not looking for quantity, I'm looking for COLOR. Out of 28 snails I got a measly 2 pink and maybe 1 blue. If I wanted little brown and grey rocks, I could always buy more gravel… this is genuinely so disappointing, I was so excited, they even came a day early! If y’all don’t have what’s advertised in stock, don’t have it up for sale! :(
My snails arrived on time and lively, with one extra. They settled right in. In the process of re-scaping and re-stocking my 40 breeder, so hurry up with the fish!😁 My other love is my cat, Hobbes!
All snails arrived alive (YES!!!) and are thriving in their temporary tank. I was hesitant to order snails online, but my experience ordering through KG Tropicals changed my perspective. The website was easy to navigate and photos were a good representation of what I got. I could also tell my order was carefully packed and sent with care (thanks Lisa). I got quite a bit more than 6 snails!🤣 But they were all different sizes, and of course, colors. I have a pic of 2 blue ones i got, but im sure I have at least 1 of each color! Its a great mix and they all had such nice shells.
These snails arrived relatively quickly, and each one was alive even when they were ordered in a cold time. The selection of snails I was given was very good and all the snails were moving around and watching when they were taken out from the bag and placed in the tank.

I got them for several tanks we just started in the house. They are all starting in this tank I guess. 2, 2-1/2 gallons and one 5.5 gallon.
The shipping for my new snails went very quickly and they came in great shape. I wish was there was a better quality cold pack, I would’ve payed a little extra if it was included. The water the snails came delivered in was really warm and I guess since snails are so hardy it didn’t make a difference but it was still concerning. I received several extra snails and they all survived the trip and are now thriving in their new tank! I would definitely purchase from KG again in the future.

I order 12 ramshorn snails and they all arrived alive and healthy. They were packaged very well and I got 3 extra ones. They arrived within couple of days so pretty quick. When I pulled the bag out of the box so I could look at them in the sun the snails all started moving around. When I put them in the tanks the snails started eating right away! Absolutely love these snails and all the colors! Definitely will be ordering again!
Ordered them during a time of cold and warm weather and they all made it. Super active even with the temperatures fluctuating ,the heat pack wasn't hot and it wasn't cold it did its part to keep these snails at a temperature that was suitable, until I was able to get them in the tank. It's been a week or so and they are eating and putting eggs all over. Great job.

Received 7 total snails, one was DOA, 2 have died during the first few weeks, the rest seem to be doing well in 2 different tanks. Processing took approx 2 weeks, in their defense I did order on a Sunday, they ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, so I didn't find the wait excessive. Shipped very quickly and arrived early and was thoughtfully packaged. Nice variety of colors on the snails as advertised.

I have placed multiple orders of snails as well as plants through KG. Everything has always arrived in great shape! I have five gorgeous mystery snails from them as well as a plethora of Rams horns. The assorted colors are awesome! Every shipment I’ve had from them has acclimated well and I have had no losses to date. My kids absolutely love to watch them move around the tank and climb on the plants. The snails have become just as much of an attraction for them as the fish.

I got my ramshorn snails about two weeks ago they where baby size but they got pretty big already but loving everything about them.
I bought them because I’ll be getting a puffer soon and they all came alive and have began to breed so I will be ordering my puffer this coming Friday
Bought 24 snails and got tiny tiny tiny snails. Also bought mystery snails which were great. Disappointed with these, though.
