In order to set the temperature you have to tap on the heater head and if that is not the temperature you want you have to unplug the heater take it out of the tank and tap on the head so you can adjust the temperature again
This is the same as the first one that I commented on. To set the temperature you have to tap the heater in order to do that you have to unplug it. Take it out of the tank and tap out the heater head
It took some time to set up . You have to take it out of the tank and tap your phone to the product

Took me a minute to figure it out but once I did I love it.
It was shipped quickly and packed well. I already had the Sicce ContrAll app so setup was simple. I added the heater to the sump and everything is running smoothly.

I was having a hard time keeping my tank at the right temperature with my previous heater. I live in the desert and it gets really cold in the house at night this time of year. We don't have central heating only wall heaters, brrrrrr. Can't put a sweater on a betta. I saw your you tube video regarding this heater. OMG what a difference never goes below 78 like it was before and Alpha is making bubble nests that take up half the tank. Great heater!!!!!
Love this heater! Phone app is easy to use and locking in app setting to the heater is as easy as a tap with my phone. My is set to 77 degrees and my tank holds that temp perfectly!

I've tried everything in the instructions many times and the heater will not connect to the phone app. Tech is awesome when it works. This product is just not worth the aggravation!
Not a fan. Bought this heater at a wattage 5x larger than the volume of my tank and it barely heated the tank past 70 degrees. Will never buy this product again.
