Batman Nerve Snail (Neritina auriculate)
The Batman Nerve snails are extremely popular and unique snail in the aquarium hobby due to their appetite for nuisance algae, including diatom algae. They will not reproduce in in a freshwater aquarium and that helps to keep your population under control. They're peaceful and plant safe.Â
Nerite snails are hardy in a mature, stable, well-maintained aquarium. They're an effective algae eater and will thrive in a mature aquarium with plenty of algae and biofilm. They're finicky but after some time, they will eat dry foods that are high in spiraling or other plant content.Â

I absolutely love my little Batman and Batgirl snails. I got four initially to go in some of my guppy grow out tanks. They did so well I had to immeget two more to go in my last two grow out tanks. They do a fabulous job on the algae and are so tolerant of all the little guppy fry. Thanks you Lisa and John for all you do.

They got here well and are doing great!
It took five days to receive these snails, but they were packaged so well (looks like included a heat pack and used good insulating materials) that every single one was alive, even though temperatures were near freezing many of those days. They even included a small sample of pumpkin spice snail food and they are already eating it. I wholeheartedly recommend this seller
