This plant is growing like crazy. Very little fertilizer and it shooting up its 5th pad. Couldn't be happier, the leaf size provides great cover. Such an awesome plant right off the bat. Let's go Phillies. But seriously get some plants from here.
The Dwarf Aquarium Lily is one of the best beginner plants you'll find in the hobby. This plant comes in a bulb in a pot and usually has several sprouts already coming out of it. When planting you will want to leave the top of the bulb exposed to allow more sprouts to pop up.
Sometimes a stem can pop off and if it does it doesn't need to be thrown away, just let it stay in the aquarium and it'll stay beautiful for quite some time while new sprouts come up. These sprouts will grow all the way to the top of the tank and float like lily pads if you let them.

A couple of the leaves were separated from the plant. Since it's such a delicate plant, I'm assuming it happened during shipping. Despite the loss of these leaves, after placing it in my hospital tank, it's been doing wonderfully.

I ordered 3 of the Dwarf Lily and put them in 3 different tanks—a black water tank, a tank that’s still cycling, and an established low tech tank. All 3 are doing well and putting out new leaves. I’m very happy!
Bought two and very nice plants like the red color. Arrived in great condition already growing well. Will be nice to have the dwarf variety should be easier to control than full sized lily. All the fish like the these plants and snails too. One plant The Angel fish leave alone. Bettas like the lily plants too like to sit on them or under them to hide. Sorry do not have camera or video equipment.
