This makes it an attractive aquarium plant for background areas, or it can be used close to the front if trimmed and replanted frequently. Emersed leaves of Hygrophila difformis take on a completely different appearance being smaller and round without any pinnate structures.

Plant arrived in decent condition. A few of the stems had broke and were barely attached. However, I was able to propagate the Water Wisteria using those broken stems as expected with a stem plant. Had it been another plant, could have been more of an issue. The Water Wisteria is doing great and growing at a moderate rate.

The wisteria came very fresh and healthy. I chose to plant each root separately as I am setting up a new tank. I got at least 12 individual rooted stems from the bunch. The plants have grown several inches in a short amount of time. Kg tropicals sells quality plants, I will definitely be getting more.
It's coarser than previous plants I had. The stems are all very robust and grow very fast! I had to hold it in another tank for a while before planting, and some managed to grow above the waterline and revert to emerged form. They are on the right in the photo. We'll see how those do. 🙂

Out of the three plants I ordered, this batch was in the best condition. After 2 weeks very minimal melting from the transition. And, there was four 5-7 inch stems.
The Water Wisteria I ordered arrived in great amount of time and packed very well. The plant is gorgeous and is thriving wonderfully in my aquarium. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. Will definitely choose this KGTropicals again. Side note, I love the YouTube channel!
